Eligibility Criteria for Reviewers

Applicants should:

• ● Hold a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in Management or allied disciplines.(Exceptional candidates with strong research credentials may also be considered.)
• ● Have research publications in reputed journals (UGC-CARE / Scopus / ABDC / peer-reviewed journals preferred).
• ● Possess subject expertise in areas such as Marketing, Finance, HRM, Operations, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Analytics, Sustainability, or related fields.
• ● Demonstrate commitment to timely, ethical, and constructive peer review. .

Roles and Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts through a double-blind review process, provide objective, constructive, and confidential feedback, assess originality, methodology, relevance, and scholarly contribution, recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection in line with journal standards, and adhere to publication ethics and conflict-of-interest policies.
